I have started a knit group called the Mohawk Valley Knitters on Ravelry. We had our first meet up over the weekend. I think we had a very good turn out, 13 members were there and we have decided to leave this open weekly at the Herkimer Library from 1-3 for those who can be there weekly or as often as can make it. It was a good time and there seems to be many levels of knitters to bounce ideas and patterns off of. Looking forward to this weekly meet and would love to see this group grow.
